与矿物柴油相比，生物柴油闪点高，具有很好的储藏和运输安全性；生物柴油中硫含量低，从废弃油脂为原料的脂肪酸甲酯，其二氧化碳当量排放量相比传统柴油降低约90%，且来源可再生，既解决了废弃油脂的处置问题，又减少人类对化石燃料的依赖。

与其他绿色能源相比，生物柴油的通用性好，无需改动柴油机，无需另添设加油设备、储运设备及人员的特殊技术训练。是中短期内实现减碳目标的重要路径。 我公司生产脂肪酸甲酯以废弃动植物油脂为原料，具有更高的二氧化碳减排效果。
